47 days before Easter Sunday	Shrove Tuesday or Mardi Gras - the last day of Carnival, (and of the Epiphany season).
46 days before Easter Sunday	Ash Wednesday - the beginning of Lent
March 17	St Patrick's Day - fixed date, not specifically related to Easter
March 19-23 (varies)	March Equinox - not a holy day, but the date of Easter is related to this equinox.
